

Our Business Checking Accounts are designed
just for businesses.
Regular Business Checking is available to corporations, sole proprietors,
DBA's, and government agencies. A minimum opening balance of $200
is required to open the account. The monthly maintenance fee is
$10.00. Your first 25 checks are free; additional checks are $.15
each. The first 50 deposited items are free; additional items
are $.07 each. Our earnings credit may offset any fees or service
charges.

For those customers with multiple accounts, one designated account

For eligible accounts. Interest will be paid monthly on account
balances of $2,500 and over. Interest will not accrue on days
the balance falls under $2,500. A minimum deposit of $2,500 is

This account allows for unlimited deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
made in person, by ATM, or mail. Certain transactions are limited
to 6 per month. Types of transactions that fall within the six
per month limitation are ACH debits, transfers from a customers
money market account pursuant to a preauthorized agreement to
cover overdrafts on a transaction account, and a transfer made
from a money market account at the telephoned request of the customer
made either directly to a bank employee, or through Online Banking,
checks payable to third parties, draft or debit cards. Transfers
to pay debts to the bank are permitted without limitations. A
minimum opening deposit of $2,500 is required. A monthly service
fee of $10 applies when the account has a balance below $2,500.
